2.2 In the event of wear and tear, loss of value or damage to the goods, for example due to improper handling, calma swiss Gmbh reserves the right to reduce the purchase price or to demand appropriate compensation.

3. Warranty

3.2 In the event of a defect, the purchaser shall have the choice of making a deduction from the price corresponding to the reduced value, of demanding free rectification or a replacement delivery. The right of the purchaser to claim damages remains reserved in all cases.
